Our Beginnings

In 1990, our late Mr Foo Boon Seng, a mathematician turned software programmer started Mars Enterprise in Brunei.

Started off as a small software programmer for small companies then, it was Foo’s charisma, wisdom, his technical acumen and the passion for his work that he has Mars Enterprise catapulted into the world stage when he was shortlisted by Ernst & Young to provide an accounting solution for Bousted in Singapore.  

After earning a few of both international and Brunei domestic awards, Mr. Foo opted to remain in his country of birth, Brunei. He continued his passion for his work and made Mars Enterprise into the thriving company before his passing in April 30, 2017.

Foo’s children, who have been master the arts of their late father manage to further his programing legacy and continued the company development into the international arena.

Mars Enterprise has recently gained a strong foothold in Vientiane, Lao PDR. We want to be the software powerhouse aiding the bourgeoning insurance companies in Lao PDR.
